By downloading, registering, or using the Tiffora application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tiffora.
Tiffora is a home-style tiffin delivery platform that connects customers with freshly prepared, home-cooked meals. Our services include: • Single meal and tiffin orders placed through the App. • Weekly and monthly subscription plans for daily meal delivery. • A digital wallet system for storing and using promotional credits. • A referral programme that rewards you for inviting friends.
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and place orders. By using the App you represent that you meet this requirement. Users under 18 may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on their behalf.
Registration requires a valid Indian mobile number verified via OTP. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. Tiffora shall not be liable for any loss arising from failure to safeguard your account.
Orders are subject to menu availability and delivery area coverage. Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may be accepted only within the window specified at checkout. Late cancellations may not be eligible for a refund. Tiffora reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of force majeure, ingredient unavailability, or operational constraints, with a full refund to the original payment method or wallet.
All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Tiffora accepts payments via UPI, cards, net banking, and Razorpay-supported methods. Wallet credits may be applied at checkout subject to applicable per-order limits. Prices may change without prior notice; the price shown at checkout is the price you pay.
Delivery is available within our designated service area. Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or high order volume. Tiffora will not be held liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect or inaccessible address provided by you, a refund may not be issued.
Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery through the "Contact Support" section. Approved refunds are credited to your Tiffora wallet or original payment method within 5–7 business days. Tiffora reserves the right to reject refund claims that do not meet our quality review criteria.
Subscription plans auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription from the "My Plans" section. No partial refunds are provided for unused days in an active subscription period. Tiffora may modify plan pricing with 7 days' advance notice.
You agree not to: • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or reviews. • Exploit offers, referral codes, or wallet credits through dishonest means. • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the App. • Use the App for any unlawful purpose. Violation may result in immediate account suspension without refund.
All content on the App — including logos, design, text, images, and software — is the exclusive property of Tiffora or its licensors and is protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiffora's liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order in dispute. Tiffora is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, profits, or goodwill.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Rohtak, Haryana, India. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through our in-app support channel before initiating legal proceedings.
Tiffora may revise these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via the App. Continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance.
